Ill admit I know next to nothing about nightlife. To me nightlife is what is on the TV, and what I can cook up in the fridge, and if Im looking for adult beverages I look to my own liquor cabinet. However I would think a town like Santa Fe would be just fine. I really enjoyed Santa Fe when I was there, lots of cool shops and places to eat, and that cool southwestern architecture everywhere. The mountains are pretty there and lots of skiing nearby. It is an alternative to the usual cold weather places people look for snow in.

I figured that Santa Fe and Albuquerque would have some nightlife, but was wondering about the smaller towns/cities.

I would say Reno/Boise/Bend, all great towns close to the mountains.

Had no idea about New Mexico before this thread. I've narrowed it down to pretty much exclusively New Mexico after reading these replies. Thank you so much guys seriously.
