I wonder, what states or regions of the USA are known for having a lot of whites that are NOT of Anglo origin?

Just wondering, that's all....

The Northeast cities, Chicago, Minneapolis, Denver. The Anglos fled Chicago and the Northeast cities after all the white ethnics began moving in back in the day (i.e. Poles, Irish, Italian, etc.). Most of the Midwest is not Anglo, but German. Although Anglo-Saxons are basically Germans by ethnic DNA, but I won't get into that right now.

Actually, Anglos are really only concentrated in the US southeast, Utah, and scattered about in southwest cities. And most of them are not full Anglo-Saxon. The Anglo-Saxon identity has not been much of a strong ethnic bond in the US as it has for say an Italian-American.

Maine, Vermont, and New Hampshire being the exception perhaps:

Looking at European-American migration patterns and history, it looks like Germanic whites such as Anglos and select Scandinavian groups typically flee when ethnic whites come in (Italians, Poles, Irish - the "low class whites", don't shoot I didn't say it). That's definitely what happened when the Poles came to Chicago.

Northeast Corridor. Anywhere within 70 miles or so of the Amtrak line. Very few white Protestants.

That is true. They (we) "Saxons" migrated from central Europe to Britain I believe. I was considering "Anglo" as applying to the English.
