New Orleans has a very active social scene for people of all ages.

A little more info might help. Preferred geography, interests, etc. In general I think there tend to be more singles per capita in some of the larger cities b/c they tend to have more career oriented people, and those who value an urban lifestyle.

Tampa does have a lot of singles, but it has a very trashy vibe...and some of the people are very trashy. Let's not be so quick to widely recommend Tampa.
