A lot of cities and towns have horse drawn carriages. Most of the time they can be hard to find, so just google it.

Exactly; I think horse-drawn carriage rides are a thing basically everywhere. You'll see horse-drawn carriages in Minneapolis along the downtown riverfront and on Nicollet Island. The same company does tours in downtown St. Paul, too.
