Does such a place exist??? (chapel, homes, good schools)

I'm curious to know if what I consider a perfect place to live exists. Give or take one or more of the options, I'd like a place that has 4 distinct seasons, good schools, homes under $300k, at least 15% black, and mainly liberal democrats. Does anyone know if such a place exists?

Well, when you say city, are you talking about central cities or are suburbs included as well?
