That is why I said "percent". Ohio and Pennsylvania do have more Amish than Indiana, but Indiana has the highest percent that is Amish.
Well, ok, yes Indiana's .007% Amish population tops Ohio and Pennsylvania's .005%. That is true. However, I don't think anyone interested in intelligent stats on the subject would think of that as significant. PA and OH have more Amish people. Indiana has fewer, but is a smaller state so it stands to reason there would be less.
There are definitely Amish in Minnesota, generally in the extreme southeastern part of the state. Harmony, Minnesota, is a town where a lot of Amish farms exist. It's famous for its Amish furniture. The same for Lanesboro.
We're just counting Amish and not Mennonites or Hutterites right? Oregon and Washington have Mennonites, but no Amish, while Canada has a bunch of Hutterites, when I lived in Calgary as a kid we took a field trip to the Hutterite colony.
I used to see Amish in upstate New York when I lived in Montreal and would drive to the States for the weekend. Just over the St. Lawrence I'd start seeing Amish horse and buggies.
Interesting fact: The average Amish family has eight children. Of these, six stay within the Amish lifestyle, and two leave. Thus even though there weren't even 250,000 Amish in 2010, there will be over 900,000 by 2050. By a century after that they will be a sizable proportion of the U.S. population.

Also, a map:
I was just about to say we have reports of Amish buying property just north of Statesville, N. C. I see the dot on your map.
