Dallas is a city with a very high proportion of gorgeous women and completely average looking dudes. So that would be my vote.

Hate to break it to you but meeting women in your age range is pretty difficult, due to males in that bracket heavily outnumbering women.

Might as well save up a nice stack of cash so that way, you can visit countries like Russia, Philippines or Brazil where gender ratios leans toward the females. (Which is what I plan on doing).
