I have a light skin so I really don't love humid summers and sunny days. I am looking for cheapest and cloudiest, chilly, rainy states in US and there should be so much job oppurtunities

Thanks.

It's not cheap to live here unless you live in a less desirable neighborhood but Pittsburgh is very overcast. We are often named the East Coast Portland. There is humidity but you will get that in any rainy city. The economy is average.

I would suggest Cleveland. Ohio has the lowest rate of skin cancer in the country. Northeast Ohio is cloud covered 52% of the time. The cost of living is low. And the metro area is not too big, nor too small. It's a very underrated city and metro area.

Maybe Grand Rapids, MI would do.

Pittsburgh and Cleveland metro areas. I'm not sure about the word "cheap", but their costs of living are reasonable and they have a good bit of cloud cover. They also rank as very good places to live in general.

Perhaps the bigger Upstate NY areas could work as well.

Indiana is cheap, cloudy, has a decent economy right now. Unfortunately, the summers quite humid.

Somewhere in the PNW... Doesn't get any cloudier than that except some places in upstate NY. Jobs...well depends what you do I suppose.

Definitely the Seattle area as it has the cloudiness and rain along with low humidity. By definition Olympia and Tacoma aren't 'cheap" but definitely a good bit cheaper than Seattle. All in all it's a good area for jobs but would depend on one's occupation as you said.

Your absolutely correct in everything you said except Seattle has the highest humidity in the nation.
