New York City/Manhattan hands down if looking for numbers and density. People who live there are typically physically fit, well-dressed and well-groomed along with a high proportion of ethnic groups from areas known for attractive features (Mediterranean and Middle East for example).
Of course it comes down to individual preferences, but I've always tended towards short brunettes, and found the highest proportion of very attractive women tend to be of Mediterranean extraction (Italian, Jewish, Lebanese, etc). In contrast, I don't tend to find women with very "British Isles" looks to do much for me at all. I also prefer the natural look on women (I like either no makeup or makeup subtle enough you can't tell someone is wearing it) so I rarely see southern white women I find attractive. A lot of women from the Midwest look very "healthy" to me, but don't really come across as cute or sexy.

I'm a young guy from NY with ***** always on my mind. I've lived all over the country. It all seems even to me.
