A: Atlanta.
B: Boston, although Baltimore isn't too far behind.
C: Chicago. There are a lot of significant "C" cities though.
D: Dallas.
E: LOL
F: Fort Worth? Fresno?
G: Greensboro? Greenville? Grand Rapids?
H: Houston.
I: Indianapolis.
J: Jacksonville.
K: Kansas City.
L: Los Angeles.
M: Miami, with Minneapolis following close behind.
N: New York City (obviously)
O: Orlando.
P: Philadelphia, with Phoenix trailing right behind.
Q: LOL
R: Probably either Raleigh, Richmond, or Rochester (NY).
S: San Francisco. There are also a lot of significant "S" cities.
T: Tampa
U: LOL
V: LOL
W: Washington.
X: Xenia, because I remember it exists.

Too bad some fairly significant cities get left out.

Oops, I forgot about El Paso - they would definitely take the "E" slot.

I also forgot about Virginia Beach. They should clearly take the "V" slot.
