I'm white female and attracted to Latin American men. Especially PR men. I have dated one from New York and we didn't work out . Where I live there are no Latin men. I wouldn't mind taking a trip back to NYC to see some things I never got to experience. Where there would I find PR men? Latin bars in NYC or more so the Bronx and queens ? Where are the local PR hanging out at ? Would Orlando be better ? I'll be taking trip to Miami soon . I know that's predominantly Cuban but are there DR or PR men? Where do they hang out ? Are generally speaking PR men okay with dating white women or do they prefer latinas ? Or do I need to just vacation in PR the island itself !?

Clearly the answer is PR itself. That said, Orlando has a rapidly growing PR community.

Florida is replacing New York as the premiere spot for Puerto Ricans leaving the island. The Orlando metro is the epicenter of this diaspora.

As an other poster suggested Puerto Rico as well...

If you are fluent in Spanish and prefer a traditional Puerto Rican: your best bet is Puerto Rico and Florida (all over Fl, but orlando has the most).

If you are NOT fluent in Spanish and prefer a Americanized Puerto Rican: head to the northeast cities. NYC, Boston, & Philly, even smaller cities like Springfield Ma, Hartford Ct, Yonkers NY, Newark NJ, Rochester/Buffalo NY, Cleveland, & Allentown Pa.

Ironically, Connecticut has the highest percentage of Puerto Rican's outside of Puerto Rico. NY is 2nd, NJ is 3rd, FL is 4th and MA is 5th in terms of state percentage(2010-2014 info).

Here is some information about the growth in FL: Florida's Puerto Rican population rivaling New York's | Pew Research Center

Even smaller yet, York, Hazleton, Lebanon, Bethlehem, Easton and Reading in PA; Dunkirk, Newburgh, Middletown, Geneva and Amsterdam in NY and Central Falls RI, among others.

Strange thread. The obvious answer is Puerto Rico itself...
