Minneapolis - the winters. Although if I changed that more people would move here (see Denver, Portland, Seattle and Austin) then it would hurt the very reasons I love it here so much.
I agree with Cowboys fan, economic diversity is a key metric I would work on. Too bad the University of Texas got shot down on building their "Quantum Village", I think that would have really accelerated the momentum of Houston's increasing economic diversity.
Maybe , hopefully the deal is not totally dead after all.
Tampa Bay (Bradenton) Florida... Some type of terrain near the city (even within 3 hours is okay) that is significant enough that it provides good mountain type vistas, and alters the climate to the point where it's not unbearable in said area, even during the summer. I know that's kind of a cheat because I picked two, but oh well haha.

Wilmington. I wish we had taller buildings (though a 508 footer has just been approved), more bike lanes, a bike sharing program, and better retail options downtown.
I wish they would have started this renaissance 15 years ago versus now. The city would be a much different place than what it is currently , however things are definitely taking a turn for the better.
