Take away free parking from Congressional staff and make them pay, or ride trains, like everyone else. This would remove thousands of cars causing congestion.

Start allowing taxicabs licensed in one state, to pick up or drop off riders in a neighboring state or in D.C. (which is currently illegal) instead of taxis having to return EMPTY every time back to the Airports. This would be much more efficient, better for the environment and save hundreds of millions of gallons of gas wasted on driving empty to and from the Airports

Better variety and more fast food/restaurant options.

I'm missing Greek/Mediterranean food something fierce and there is nothing here. Same goes for Italian food. However if you want a burger, they've got in covered in spades.

For Philadelphia, it would absolutely be the city's government.

It is so thoroughly corrupted by old school, one-party rule machine politics. We need a younger political crowd who will reject the backroom, poverty-pimping, "Boss" style of politics that infects this city if we want to catch up to our other BosWash peers.
