We want warmer weather than Leavittsburg, Ohio has to offer. We want to relocate to a warmer climate, low crime and NO HEROIN! Any suggestions?

Is there an area with no heroin? If there's little heroin, there's going to be meth and other things.

I'd try DC, Baltimore, Newark, South Bronx, and maybe East Flatbush.

Georgia has the most section 8 available I believe, there's some really nice suburbs outside of Atlanta, not sure how section 8 friendly they are though
