That's true, I didn't think of the correlation. Washington state probably gets alot of DC's inquiries. I did a quick search for DC and top 4 are; traffic so bad, expensive, a district, humid.

I dont think Texas is as conservative as most people think it is.Also, the cost of living in Texas has gone up...i think its cheap if you are coming from the coasts but its not supercheap like Oklahoma in most places.The desirable suburbs in the metros are pricey.I dont consider the Land of Enchantment to be that hot.
