Someone told me Key West and Clearwater. I'm also looking into Broward and Palm Beach counties.
Any insight? Or more suggestions? It doesn't have to be in Florida or have a beach but living somewhere warm would be my preference but not a must have. Good nightlife is a must have though.

What is your reason for wanting to move from Miami? That would be helpful to know so then we can make sure to avoid what you dislike.
Outside of Florida, Las Vegas, New Orleans and Los Angeles seem to fit the bill for warm + good nightlife.
