Hey everyone! Here's the thing: I'm from Guatemala and living in NJ for about 5 months. I only completed 3 years of college back in Guatemala I was trying to become an environmental engineer. Is there a way to revalidate some courses here in the States or do I have to start from scratch? Thank you very much!
I think that depends on the policies of the college where you'd like to trsanfer the credits. Even within colleges in the U.S., it tends to depend on what units the receiving collecge will recognize. My guess is that in most cases it may be low assuming your credits are likely from a school that isn't accredited in the U.S., but your best bet is to speak diretly with the school from which you'd like to matriculate.
