I would not include Denver as being "libertarian". Colorado Springs, yes, but not Denver. Much of the eastern plains and western CO could be considered such.
I thought of Colorado Springs too but doesn't the area have a lot of religious conservatism too making it a more traditional Republican area, plus the support for the military?
Denver is a liberal, Democratic city and becoming more so due to transplants from the West Coast.
I will still call them Republicans who smoke weed. Austin felt like that to me very much so.
i know you hate Austin, but look up some facts. Travis county was the only county where the majority of white voters voted for Hilary. Libertarian is very live and let live. They don't care about gays getting married and want low taxes, so yes, some Austin citizens like that. It's not a welfare state.
I really don't think there is one. Most people on here don't really know what libertarianism is. It's not republicans who like weed, and it's not drinking on the street and hiring prostitutes. Denver is not even close to libertarian. Neither is Vegas. Nowhere really is.
It means small government, so those things you listed would be allowed in a place that's libertarian
And support a woman's right to choose. And very loose borders/free immigration.
In many ways Libertarians are not on the same page as Republicans.
A lot of people who call themselves libertarian are really just regular conservatives. But yes, actual libertarians disagree with Republicans on many things.
Most Libertarians don't have strong feelings one way or the other on abortion.
Yep. That is the meaning of choice in pro-choice.

If they are real Libertarians, then they are free market purists. If they are free market purists, they are for open borders.
There are a lot of self-proclaimed libertarians whose "libertarianism" comes with a lot of caveats.
