All are capitals of smaller sized states but not the 4 smallest....

Honolulu is certainly an outlier being in the Pacific. Annapolis is as well for being a small city compared to the other three being the largest city in their respective states.
Yes! I was going specifically for bay, as I had Googled Olympia and Juneau and as far as I could tell, they were both located on inlets and not bays. This left the four (4) that I mentioned. Congrats!

I'm scratching the noggin on this....
I know, I researched the EXACT same things and my noggin has been scratched repeatedly . I was trying to attach the Blue Bombers with the Titans and Warriors to try for a war theme, but it doesn't add up.

The fact that I gave a corresponding list is all I will give for now or it will probably be too easy. There could be a third list of just two if you got too technical but it misses the spirit of the lists. That would be Chicago and Boston. But I say no. You would think there would be a fourth list but there isn't. Ok, that is a big clue.
Is this sports-related?

I do think you got it. And the NFL is the one with nobody on the list.

The Jets certainly are the Winnipeg team you’re looking for. I’ll give a couple more days to mull it over.

Don’t forget...I said Nashville is probably the one that will throw you off...unless you’re old that is...
