Bellevue, WA is one...
Where else has a similar feel?

In terms of a "second downtown":

Clayton, MO
White Plains, NY
Bethesda, MD
Coral Gables, FL

I always found some similarities of the mansions off the main strip with Buckhead and the Mainline of Philadelphia, both also have the linear aspect with a core road (Peachtree versus Lancaster Ave) the Mainline has no skyline though

Both have a rail line, just the main line with more abundant stations

Brookline, MA though it's significantly more dense. Some more rural neighborhoods lined with mansions, and there's an intense amount of commercial activity along the main arteries.

I'd suggest Cambridge, MA as the second downtown, but it's even more saturated and dense than Brookline, so it likely doesn't apply.

Another vote for Tyson’s Corner. NOVA and Atlanta have a ton of commonalities.

Buckhead is nothing like Shaumburg. Not even close.

In Texas, Houston's Uptown and the Inwood Road corridor/district in far North Dallas and adjacent Addison come to mind.
