But I think he was also interested in the rolling hills and similar vibe stuff.

I was unaware that Austin had so many homes for sale over a million dollars. Is that attainable for most Austonians. I would say the west LA area of Brentwood, and Pacific palasides offer a similar feel excluding of course the Pacific ocean, but I saw many of the homes have views of downtown, and many in L.A. have that hilly geography.
