Advertisements

Cleveland, Detroit, St. Louis although they can be dangerous in spots. Atlanta as well but it is a bit more expensive than the Midwest Cities.

I guess New Orleans and Memphis are cheap compared to the Northeast and West Coast and Chicago.

Atlanta is nowhere near the cheapest, it seems like the price floor is around $800 there now (which New York was at about 5 years ago).

When looking at the cheapest ones, how do I know which ones are legit?

It's funny though because one of them seems legit but mentions that there is no stove or fridge

Well if wages are low in the area and it's not a sought after city, then it makes sense. It's much different than in New York where landlords can charge 1500 to live in the hood.
