The first BW's was in Columbus, OH. I believe I had the pleasure of growing up in a town with the second ever BW's in Bowling Green, OH. Back when it was authentic and original. Now they changed it into the lame, mass marketed, cookie cutter, school bus yellow, frozen food wastelands that you see across the country. The original was sooooooooooo much better.
The original was bulldozed....it was rat-infested and nasty. But yes, original (on High Street).

RadioShack, again I suppose for those over a certain age. They used to have illustrations of their headquarters tower on their catalogs. Boy I must be getting old.

Thanks a lot Atlanta!

(JK.....they have me over 800).

Also I think some folks here are playing it fast and loose with the term "national brand".

Something that might be ubiquitous in your metro area or state....doesn't necessarily make it a "national" brand.
