In DE, you see:

PA
MD
NJ

Then

NY
CT
VA

Then NC, DC, FL, Ontario, Quebec, Ohio

Since Delaware is so small, it is normal to see more PA plates on the road than DE plates at times.

Where I live in California I see more Washington plates than plates from anywhere else, but Oregon is not far behind.

I also see a lot of Arizona, Nevada, Texas, Utah, Colorado, Wyoming and Florida.

Once every month or so, I'll see New York, Ontario, Alabama, Georgia, Alberta, Louisiana, New Mexico, Maryland, Virginia, British Columbia, Montana, Alaska, North Carolina, Florida, Kentucky, Minnesota, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Iowa

I've also seen plates from Quebec, Jalisco, Sonora, Nova Scotia, Baja California, Hawaii, Guam (once), and just about every other state in the nation.

As for the Jalisco plate, what's interesting is that I've only really seen one Jalisco plate in California, and it's always the same car!

While I have seen a license plate from every state(and Puerto Rico), the most I have seen are California. Some others I see a lot of, but not as much as CA, is Florida, Alaska, New Mexico, Washington, Arizona and sometimes New York and New Jersey.

I have seen European plates and Canadian plates, but most of the foreign cars are from Nuevo Leon or Coahuila.

Denver, CO:

Lots of CA. A very noticeable amount of IL. The usual surrounding states, but mostly WY and KS though. Some FL, TX, and MN. I've noticed a lot of ID and WA here this summer. See some Chihuahuas every know and then.
