The poll also has Americans like me who are honest and self-confident enough to admit our country's weaknesses.

I mean, Canada clearly. But imo the US is infinite times more entertaining and diverse so I'd choose to live here over Canada any day tbh.

Single payer is a healthcare model, it is not the only way achieve Universal Healthcare. Single payer is actually in the minority when it comes to UHC, most European national follow a private-public blended model.

So with that said Massachusetts has Universal Healthcare.

I can't quote Quora here, but it shows how MA does not have UHC. Also, see this:

Typically anything above 97% coverage is considered universal healthcare. Massachusetts has the same coverage rate as Belgium for example. Would you consider Belgium as a nation that has Universal Healthcare? Most would.

If you only define UHC as a country with 100% coverage, then that means France, Germany, The Netherlands, Spain, Austria and many others do not have UHC.

No way! But it absolutely in no way seemed scripted or cyclic or weird that there were gaps of years between some seasons or weird that there were road trips around the world and celebrity cameos. You know, perfectly normal real & gritty documentary filming at its finest, bringing the truth of normal life for average people to the masses.

Great. Now I know I can't trust Canada to be real. Maybe it's all made up.

No, that is not the definition of UHC.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Universal_health_care
"Universal health care (also called universal health coverage, universal coverage, universal care, or socialized health care) is a health care system that provides health care and financial protection to all citizens of a particular country. It is organized around providing a specified package of benefits to all members of a society with the end goal of providing financial risk protection, improved access to health services, and improved health outcomes. ... Universal health care does not imply coverage for all people for everything. Universal health care can be determined by three critical dimensions: who is covered, what services are covered, and how much of the cost is covered. It is described by the World Health Organization as a situation where citizens can access health services without incurring financial hardship."
See map. MA not excluded from the rest of the US.

WHO definition:
WHO | What is universal coverage?

Yeah, Canada's just a gigantic movie set and backrops housed on a bunch of studio lots in Burbank.

Even the snow is actually icing sugar!
