What are all of the major metro areas that have no toll roads at all? Seems like they are almost all in the midwest? By Major, I mean big enough to have major league sports teams. Toll roads include highways, bridges, and tunnels.

I think they are the ones below, but I'm probably missing some:

Minneapolis
Milwaukee
Indianapolis
Cincinnati
Columbus Oh
St. Louis
Kansas City
Nashville
Charlotte

I don't believe Phoenix has any Toll Roads. The only tolls in Detroit are to cross the Int'l border so I feel it should be in this list too.

Also Jacksonville doesn't have any tolls.

What about New Orleans? I've not encountered anythere either.

E-470 and Northwest Parkway. There are also managed lanes on the Boulder Turnpike (US-36) and I-25, and the reconstruction of I-70 from I-25 to Pena Boulevard will add toll lanes in each direction.

Los Angeles = Freeways

(There's one or two optional toll roads for those who want a shortcut)
