Yes. We cant comprehend that in California. A million dollars here isnt even considered luxury anymore.

This is a high school friend of mines family island. A little over 1M at 1.25M but hell it's a 65 acre island lol!!!

Right? Spacious and upscale but not at all ostentatious. Milwaukee really is an underrated city. (Of course I’m biased!)

In Irvine: a brand new house around 2,000 square feet with hardly any yard. Beware, it might even be on a Superfund site. Darn, that's expensive!
