Or an older home on 5-10 acres.
Still way too much money just for a place to lay my head at night.
In LA, I thought the answer would be none, but apparently there are few trailers in some rougher areas of the Valley that are under $150K. Of course you don't own the land and have to pay $500-$1000K a month to rent the pad. Otther than that, there are a few empty lots for <$150K. A few are just in bad neighborhoods, the rest are Hillside and essentially undevelopable.
