I’ll doubt I’ll ever get to stand on a corner in Winslow AZ. I’ve heard it’s such a fine sight to see.
It's a girl, my Lord, in a flat bed Ford, slowing down to take a look at me. My husband and I are actually going to drive from Sedona to Winslow, AZ specifically to stand on that corner! And buy a T shirt.
Jackson Hole, Wy. I have been intrigued why so many wealthy people choose to live there and want to see for myself what the appeal is but at the same time it is so remote and its so expensive that it is unlikely that I will ever make it out there.
If I'm curious enough about a place, I'll visit it.
For instance, my husband and I are going to Sedona AZ in a few weeks just because we are curious about that area. We both visited that whole area (the Grand Canyon and all that) when we were kids but we want to go back as adults
Same here. We visited Sedona a couple months ago simply because I thought it sounded like someplace fascinating to me. It was definitely worth it! It is visually stunning and has an interesting, eccentric vibe in my opinion. We plan to go back.

I would like to see San Francisco (Golden Gate Bridge, Fisherman's Wharf, cable cars, Muir Woods, etc.) but mostly I prefer small artsy towns and avoid big cities. I've travelled most of the states east of the Mississippi but doubt I'll ever get the chance to see anything west of there, such as:
Eureka Springs AR
Keystone SD
Jackson WY
Manitou Springs CO
Durango/Silverton/Ouray CO
Santa Fe NM
Sedona AZ
Solvang CA
Leavenworth WA
I hear a lot of great things about the cities of NW Arkansas. I'm sure they're fine places to live (albeit too far from skiing for me), but nothing screams out to me to buy a plane ticket for a visit. Maybe someday on a business trip, but it's highly unlikely.

What's Greensboro like?
