With exception to Boston, the list isn't shocking.

The boom in Tech-dominated and Sun Belt towns contine.

Please offer what parameters they are using for this. The linked article is quite vague. Highest increase in value? Best resale figures? Shortest time on the market? This list is pretty meaningless without a definition. But these type of lists are generally vague, I think on purpose. Wouldn't hold too much stock in them.
