Four corners area is my personal favorite. Followed by Tennessee-Georgia and the Tennessee-Arkansas-Mississippi area for Memphis. I also really like parts of the Tennessee-North Carolina border, but prefer the others above. I'm sure there are many more in the Northeast that i'd like as well but have limited experience.
Therre arre a few cities that are at tri-state corners, where you are on two diffferent state lines.
