Connell, WA, a little town in the boonies, has a median home price of $144,824, but can be homes under $100k. Very few for sale at any time, however, Though the data shows 25.4% of residents in poverty, the crime rate is actually very low there.

It's not too far from Camden but far away from it to be considered bad. It's South Jersey so it's not impossible to find housing at that price. But it's deceptive. The property tax for that property is absurd.

Yeah, I noticed. But that’s to be expected in Jersey

No, it's not. Trump National Golf Course is in Pine Hill. Pine Valley Club, one of the best and most exclusive courses in the country, is just to the east. The numbered streets suffer a bit from small, old, unimproved houses that aren't in good shape. None of the larger, newer, houses on the south side are for sale so I have no idea how much they cost.

Lindenwold is the problem in that area.

There are 72 homes listed there in the Birmingham area via that link, where are you only seeing three?

You're right, my bad. I'm usually up on these, but for some reason, I had absent mindedly forgotten about this cities, lol. I guess I was just thinking about the cities that are really growing right now (Jacksonville would be one too). There are some good choices.
