Agreed. The adminstration plans to tier counties by risk level, and this is a big mistake. The "low-risk" counties will become higher risk because of this.

Honestly, I feel like a lot of the rural Sandhills counties in Nebraska won't get any cases, but you never know. A lot of those people drive to larger towns. So if you say live in Mullen Nebraska, you drive to North Platte for a lot and they've had a few cases, and given these areas are a little more conservative, it might not effect their lifestyle and they might still be living life like normal.

My county in SW Alabama just got its first case this past week.

I wouldn't be surprised if most of Alabama's black belt counties stay at zero.
