Not to hijack the thread, madison soccer dad, but we went to a great Mexican place in your fair city last November. Can't remember the name, it was on Park St, I believe. Very authentic! I also really enjoy the ambiance at the Essen Haus. And the best wurst in town, no doubt!

Denver or Colorado Springs.

Great med school in Denver and it happens to be the baby-making capital of the midwest (highest birthrate). Great for families and--at least you sound like one--religious conservatives.
