In which part of American can you find good-looking, well-shaped people who are at the same time demure, dressing elegantly but modestly, and maybe a little bit conservative?
It's not going to be everyone, but more or less across the entire country.
Cities, suburbs, and in the rural areas.
In the cities you have to know where to look but the better Universities and jobs attract well raised quality people, and that will always be the case. In addition, the better urban private schools educate some of the smartest people in the US. Many are naturally culturally conservative, even if they give lip service to the democrats. They will be good looking, relatively demure, and slim on average. Many will come from at least some money.
In the suburbs you have to look, pick, and choose, and in the rural areas they are everywhere. Though, intermixed will be worse people. But that ratio of that mix will depend on the exact region. Good people in the US are everywhere, OP.
Socioeconomics will awlays play a role, and there are lost and damged sheep, but by and far most people are mentally and physically normal. At least while younger. Some take wounds and are flawed in one way or the other, but relatively few people actively try to be objectively bad quality people. Even if it is harder than ever not to fall into that trap.
If you are talking much more specifically in terms of culture, you might be looking for conservative Anglo-Scotts-Germanic types and culture. You'll find that more common, in terms of a per capita ratio, from the New England the the Mid Atlantic States (perhaps not so much in urban areas) and then moving West past Tennessee and out to the moisture line that starts to halt in the middle of Nebraska, and then up to the Dakotas and down through Texas. That basic polygon. Beyond the moisture line, population begins to drop off a lot and there are much less people. East of Texas and South of Tenessee, there are still plenty of people like that but the African American population is much more and so they are less in ratio. The Western US still has people like that, but the population dispersion patterns are much less natural because water is an issue. So, while most people wouldn't really notice too much and would be able to find their people, you are going to be hugging urban or coastal areas more often to find any significant population whatsoever.
The name is "Petersen". Acutally, I guess that's Danish (sen instead of son), but it's Scandinavian. Lots of Scandinavians in Minneapolis and that part of the upper midwest.

No idea what that means, but the Appalachians would be the region where you will this type of music. As far the clothes, nobody dresses like that unless they're going to be in a music video for this type of music lol.

They really think there are Americans out there who are still dressing like it's the 1950s.
There is no specific location, but it does fall with in the different Conservative Christian sects.
