The target town is how big / small? 250k? 50k? In between? More or less?

The nearby "big city" is likely or has to be... 2 mil plus? Or is 1 mil or 500k ok?

There are so many options. Need to know these answers to pick proper candidates.

What is inexpensive to you in terms of rent or house purchase?
