Tucson really hasn’t grown that fast despite Arizona’s record growth.
Pocatello in Idaho.

With growth rates between 5-6% since 2010, I suppose Tallahassee and Corpus Christi would also qualify and not only in light of their respective states' growth rates in the same time period, but they also fall below the average growth rate of the nation as a whole since 2010 of 6.3%. More accurately, I'd say they are in the "slow but healthy" category of growth as opposed to "slow and stagnant or declining."

In a place like Florida or Texas, anything that isn't blistering growth by either percentage or absolute numbers starts to look pretty pathetic in comparison.

I wouldn't add Columbia to the list if the average growth is +6.3% as a nation and 11.3% for SC (wow). Columbia, SC Change in Growth from 2010 is at +9.23% up to 838,433 from 767,598...

That's pretty healthy when Greenville, SC is up to 920,477 from 824,112 at +11.69% growth.....

Wichita Falls (-0.03%)
Memphis (+2.28%)
Augusta (+7.81%) - I wouldn't put this in slow growth.
Sumter (-1.38%)
Florence (-0.32%)
Rocky Mount (-4.35%)

How did Augusta and Columbia make this list, especially with stagnant and shrinking metros?
