Tri cities WA is a great family area. Mostly conservative but welcoming to all. Great schools. Most sunshine in WA state. 300k plus metro with major mall and lots of other retail and restaurants. Desert climate, right on the Columbia River, tons of new housing. Growing like gangbusters.
