A big townhouse on the Upper East Side of Manhattan is currently asking $79 million:

The most expensive condo is on Park Ave. in a new super tall. It’s on the market for $90 million

Of course there’s a pandemic now. Maybe you can bargain ‘em down!

Fascinating array. I would have expected more from the pool area/backyard for the first home. The pool is very lackluster and seems small, though that may be the angle, for such a grand home. The second home is a wonderful piece of history and that wallpaper is stunning. I hope that the next owner treasures it and cleans off that patio area~

The last two, are so out of place for a beautiful historic East Coast city. The Mediterranean one is very cool looking and historic, so I think it's great. The last home did not exist yet when the last streetview was done, but it is surrounded by stately colonials, as would be expected. It looks like the market doesn't value its uniqueness considering how long it's been listed. It is visible on satellite view and that's a heck of a lot of windows for being so close to the neighbors (and having a park across the street).

Nice to see a collection of SFHs, but what about townhouses and condos? What are the most expensive ones on the market?
