-Parts of the Finger Lakes NY
-Saratoga NY
-Saranac Lake/Lake Placid NY

The Upper Bucks County (PA)/Princteon (NJ) area is another wealthy hotspot in the Northeast, for sure.
Also the horse country of Virginia fits the bill (Loudon County).

They are, but they're also mostly further out suburbs that encompass the heart of NJ horse country with pretty rolling hills/countryside all over.

I guess yeah, but its still a bit too suburban. Id say Princeton, New Hope PA and Phillipisburg NJ too.
