Well I would start with the cities where the most people from those countries live. About half of those will be women, and some subset of those will be beautiful according to your standards. You're asking a math question
NYC metro (especially Queens, Bronx and Brooklyn), then everywhere else. It's leaps and bounds ahead...
New York is absolutely not leaps and bounds ahead. Houston, DC, Atlanta are right with them. Especially DC.
