Any state with a single major city would qualify for me, as I wouldn't live outside of a major city. So Washington, Illinois, New York, Massachusetts, etc.

Borrowing the theme from a recent thread asking about states you couldn’t live in, in spite of positives I figured the next logical thread might be to list cities you could live in, in spite of the state.
I will start with Miami. Likely the only city I could live in Florida because it is not like the rest of the state culturally and is the most urban (though I do welcome the no state income tax)…any other cities out there meeting this criteria and why?
Agreed. I don't know think that I would want to live anywhere else in the state except for where I am today.
