Besides Hawaii/Alaska, what is the cleanest/healthiest state to live in?

Residents of California value health, but it’s not the cleanest. I’m going with Boise here because the air quality is better than Salt Lake.

Air quality can change rapidly from one part of a state to another, so you should be going by region or metropolitan area more than by state. Fairbanks, Alaska for example has pretty bad air quality.

Best trails/parks in the country, highest park spending per capita
Clean water
A strong, health conscious populace

I LOVE all of these qualities! can you think of any smaller areas similar on the west coast or intermountain region?
