Hate is a pretty strong word, but as much as I heavily dislike driving across Tennessee (on I-40 specifically), the state really does have some absolutely gorgeous scenery.

Little known fact: there is some truly excellent pizza to be found in Indiana particularly Northwest Indiana. There’s also a Pierogi Festival.

Surprised people have hate for Spokane. It's not the nicest place in the world and has some trashy areas, but overall it has a pretty cool downtown (with some great brick architecture) and decent amenities for a city of its size.

Plattsburgh, NY has great Italian food

Rutland, VT has a pretty mountain valley setting

Manchester, NH has the nearest Popeyes

Laval, Quebec has convenient access to Montreal and the Laurentians

Springfield, MA is close to Six Flags New England

Hartford, CT has a beautiful and ornate state capital.

The Northeast/Megalopolis really does have all the amenities I wish I had in basically every city.
