1. tropical climate - hot, humid, and rainy. Never cold or snowy.
2. lush and green
3. lots of water features
4. high density urban area
5. excellent 24-7 public transportation including rail - no need for a car
6. good asian food both in groceries and restaurants
7. employment in my field

bonus points for availability of green cohousing condos and english-speaking areas.

Maybe Singapore? Manila? Honolulu is close but needs to catch up with the public transportation.

Houston would be ideal if it continues to improve it's public transit.
