US Highway 71

It briefly straddles the Texas-Arkansas state line in Texarkana.

MN State Highway 23 traverses about 1,500 feet of Wisconsin before going back into MN again. Interestingly, the image of the road itself continues to be labeled MN 23 while the caption on the image reads "MN-23, Superior, Wisconsin" by Google Street View even as it passes through WI.

Oddly enough, the exit numbering doesn't reset at the state line - it just carries on as if the road were still in Tennessee. The I-86 example in Waverly NY / South Waverly PA similarly maintains the same exit numbering.

I wonder if some of these examples have intergovernmental maintenance agreements, similar to how NJ Transit operates the Port Jervis line on behalf of Metro-North.

US-160 crosses from AZ to CO via the far northwestern corner of NM. Its entire run in NM is 0.9mi, and its only junction is with the road that runs to the Four Corners Monument.
