I did in Phoenix in August tho had to carefully plan how I drank water. Still better than Northeast winters. Wish NYC had much shorter winters, don't mind summers as much tho humidity can be a little draining.
Put Vegas first because I think it's a little cooler.
Mexico is part of the most common definition of North America, but let's remember that "continents" aren't defined in any precise way. It's generally more about country borders. We think of Europe and Asia as different continents for 100% cultural/political reasons. South America's specific break point can vary per Wikipedia. And Central America is typically a political-based collection of narrow pieces and sometimes islands. Personally I think of Mexico as Central America more than NA.
I could easily spend 10 days in NY just checking out neighborhoods and occasionally going into things. The others all in the six-day range at least, including time to pick off a few of the outer centers.
No. Every nation from Panama north and every place in the Caribbean is part of North America. It's a clearly defined continent. Central America is not a continent, nor is it part of South America.
