My vote goes to Miami. One of the most beautiful locations in the U.S. that is overrun by very unfriendly people. Crime is a problem and instead of keeping up with the city, people focus on a couple of areas (Brickell, South Beach, etc) and neglect the rest. I hope this changes someday, because I LOVE the location, beautiful and the only area of the mainland U.S. with a real tropical climate. If the problems become less in the future, I'll be back there in a heartbeat. With such a great place that the people neglect, I'm going with Miami! (I miss Miami )
I don't know, Miami is kind of hard to decide. Many people say the cost of living there is too high. I've even heard that there are averag doctors struggling to get by; specialists get by easier, but still, many people in Miami feel they are spending too much for very little. Miami isn't all strawberry daquiris and sunny beaches, you know. That's mainly for tourists. Most people have to work hard just to live there.

I was watching Bad Boys 2 today, and I had Miami on my mind.
You hit every point I was thinking about. Miami to me is more for tourist than the people who actually live there.
