I'd like to see people here try to define a gang.

I think then they'd just realize how general it is, and how it's a boogeyman used by law enforcement to expand.

Victorville has MS13 and a viscious biker gang. They run a chop shop and also have soldiers in both high schools. You dont cross these folks.

Cities have gangs. It comes with being a city. There are even gangs in suburban areas. I should know because I've seen gang tagging pop up in suburban areas. There isn't much you can do to stop gangs. I say to truly get away from gangs, you'll have to get away from people.
