To start right off, Bend, The Dalles, and Klamath Falls are not Eastern Oregon.

Bend and Klamath Falls are Central Oregon, and The Dalles is Columbia Basin.

Bend has the best shopping and the worst traffic. Sisters actually is the location with the best scenery and access to outdoor sports

Eastern Oregon is dry and that's where you would choose if you want a thin population and like to hunt.

They're in the drier side. I'd call them Eastern Oregon.

Oregon and Washington can be described as a bunch of regions OR just two each. If two each, it's basically which side of the Cascade peaks you're on, or the "wet side" vs. the "dry side."

I wouldn’t call Bend or K Falls Eastern OR.

A huge issue with Bend is its remoteness.
